Enter the world of supplements. Are supplements necessary or a waste of time and money? Are all supplements the same? How many supplements do you need?

Most folks, because of the way they live and because of our toxic society, need some supplements to get all the necessary nutrients to be healthy. Many people are too busy to prepare all their meals and will occasionally eat some unhealthy food, so supplements will be helpful as adjunct therapy, not as a replacement for food. Plus, the healthier you eat, the more potent the supplements will be because your body will be able to better digest, absorb and assimilate the supplements. For a very few people who eat extremely healthy, supplements are most likely not necessary.

All supplements are not the same. Most are inferior, with artificial ingredients, low quality ingredients and are subjected to too much heat during manufacturing; and thus, are toxic to the body. However, there are a few companies that make the highest quality supplements possible. One of these high quality companies is NutriSail. I am delighted to be offering my clients the awesome supplements from NutriSail. NutriSail is based in Texas and their supplements are gluten free, GMO free, filler free and vegan. Filler free means no extra and unneeded materials like magnesium stearate and stearic acid. At this point, NutriSail offers three amazing supplements: B-Lite, B-Safe and B-Pro. Check out these wonderful supplements. B-Lite    B-Safe    B-Pro

Some of the other high quality supplements which I recommend to my clients include coconut oil, powdered mineral clay, food based green vegetable powders, food based Vitamin C, herbs, especially for the endocrine system (Hormonal) such as Maca, Ginseng, Holy Basil, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola and Schisandra; amino acids if someone is dealing with addiction and other supplements for various health issues.  My favorite herbal companies are Gaia Herbs and Herb Pharm.
